Salla Tykka: 'The American dream'

Kunst uit Scandinavië is heet. Op het internet in ieder geval. Overal waar ik ga en sta vind ik kunst uit Zweden, Finland en Noorwegen. Veel videokunst. Veel vrouwen. Veel zelfportretten. Zo ook Salla Tykka:

"I (...) could not find any reason to make art: delivering images to an image overloaded world. I found my way out of that hell through making selfportraits but also by analysing how important to myself are the images I create."
